FOR PRODUCTS IN THE NUSKIN CATEGORY

Return and refund policy for Customers:

- In the event of order cancellation within 14 days after the delivery date: full refund (Purchase Price and VAT), including shipping costs (excluding express shipping costs). The order may be canceled entirely or partially. Shipping costs will be refunded in the event of a full order cancellation and not only for a partial cancellation.

- In the event of cancellation after 14 days and less than 3 months: full refund (Purchase Price and VAT), but not shipping costs.

 

Exchange policy:

Procedure to obtain an exchange:

Contact us by email (info@hbps-beauty.com)  within three months of your purchase and communicate your decision to EXCHANGE the order. You will then receive a reference number.

Send us the products that need to be exchanged to HBPS Beauty - Calle Ponent 47 - 43820 CALAFELL - SPAIN no later than 14 days from the date you canceled your order.

We will add  the reference number you received as well as our Nu Skin ID in the box so that we can process the return ourselves.

We will exchange the products as soon as we receive them (and within 14 days at the latest). If the exchange is not possible, we will offer you:

- a credit to be used for other purchases or products

or

- a full refund of the purchase price.
