General Conditions of Sale
- Object
These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the sales of products offered on the website hbps-beauty.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), a company registered at 19 rue des Groseilliers - 52190 Dommarien (France) (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller").
- Products and Prices
2.1. The products offered for sale on the Site are described with their essential characteristics and their price. The prices displayed are in euros (EUR) and are inclusive of all taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
2.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify the prices and products offered on the Site at any time.
- Orders
3.1. To place an order, the Customer must follow the order process indicated on the Site.
3.2. The Customer is required to provide accurate and up-to-date information when ordering.
3.3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute with the Customer, non-payment of previous orders, or for other legitimate reasons.
- Payment
4.1. Payments are accepted through a secure payment system provided by Shopify Payments.
4.2. The Customer is responsible for all costs associated with the payment of his order.
- Delivery
5.1. Delivery times are indicated on the Site and are given for information purposes only. The Seller will endeavour to meet these deadlines, but cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.
5.2. Delivery costs are indicated during the ordering process.
- Right of Withdrawal
6.1. The Customer has a period of 7 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, in accordance with current legislation.
6.2. To exercise this right, the Customer must inform the Seller in writing and return the product in perfect condition, in its original packaging and the product must not have been used or opened.
- Warranty and Liability
7.1. The Seller guarantees that the products comply with the description given on the Site.
7.2. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
- Personal Data
8.1. The Customer's personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Seller's privacy policy.
- Disputes
9.1. In the event of a dispute, the Customer may contact the Seller at info@hbps-beauty.com pour attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.
9.2. Any dispute relating to these General Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of Dijon (France).
- Modification of the T&Cs
10.1. The Seller reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The new conditions will be published on the Site and will apply to orders placed after their publication.

Return and Refund Policy for Customers:
- In case of cancellation of the order within 14 days after the delivery date: full refund (Purchase price and VAT), including shipping costs (excluding express shipping costs). The order can be cancelled in full or in part. Shipping costs will be refunded in case of cancellation of the entire order and not only for a partial cancellation.
- In case of cancellation more than 14 days and less than 3 months: full refund (Purchase price and VAT), but not shipping costs.
Exchange Policy:
Procedure to obtain an exchange:
Contact us by email (info@hbps-beauty.com) within three months of your purchase and notify us of your decision to EXCHANGE the order. You will then receive a reference number.
Send us the products that need to be exchanged to Léa Basset - 810 Route des Auges - 52200 LANGRES - FRANCE no later than 14 days from the date you cancelled your order.
We will add the reference number you received along with our ID
We will exchange the products as soon as we receive them (and within 14 days at the latest). If the exchange is not possible, we will offer you:
- a credit to use for other purchases or products
Or
- a full refund of the purchase price.
