Inspired by the Japanese hair beauty tradition of yu-su-ru, which involves bathing hair in rice water. This lightweight conditioner strengthens, moisturizes, and adds shine and density to hair. The result is hair that is up to 16 times stronger, thicker, protected from breakage, and with up to 81% fewer split ends.

Hair is soft, smooth and full of shine.

Directions: After washing with Izumi Tonic Shampoo, apply to clean, damp hair, working through the lengths and ends, leave on for 5 minutes, and rinse. For best results, finish with Izumi Tonic Serum.
